At NYCHOICE COLLECTIONS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products, are non-returnable. We will specify these items on the product page.
- Condition: Returns will only be accepted if items are in new condition, free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation email or order number for reference.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at Support@nychoicecollections.com to initiate a return. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions for returning your items, including the return address.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item(s) reach us safely.
3. Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exceptions for not receiving a product or not satisfied with a replacement product when original order is out of stock. If approved, a refund of store credit for the amount of the purchase will be applied immediately. A code will be sent by email, which can be used at checkout within one year.
4. Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchange: If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for store credit.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange or issue a full refund of store credit, including shipping costs.
